What is my return on investment?

That depends on the size of your problem. We ask all clients to go through a basic evaluation in order for us determine value. An example client in the UK with a fleet size of 300,000 can typically see cost savings worth 2.36 million pounds on reduced spend on new containers over a 5 year period alone.

How Do You Do This?

First of all Visibility and our clients jointly approach an initial "high level" data gathering exercise in which we can assess whether the monitoring of your asset movements would provide business benefit. If there appears limited return on investment, or everything is operating "gold standard", we shake hands at that point. This has not yet proven to be the case. Visibility then follow up with an Asset Opportunity Analysis, a more granular approach and the methodology we use to identify the areas where your business is incurring avoidable cost. It is this potential cost avoidance figure that would allow us to jointly compare and measure the overall value against the likely implementation cost.

The main cost savings areas derived from the use of Visibility are;

Reduction in Losses

Reduction of Trade Failures

Improved Cycle Times/Reduction of Containers required

Improved Quality

Reduced cost in Labour and Checking throughout the supply chain, for you and your partners

Put simply, our approach is that if Visibility cannot demonstrate a tangible Return on Investment, with significant business benefits, there will be no project!
