First of all Visibility and our clients jointly approach an initial "high level" data gathering exercise in which we can assess whether the monitoring of your asset movements would provide business benefit. If there appears limited return on investment, or everything is operating "gold standard", we shake hands at that point. This has not yet proven to be the case. Visibility then follow up with an Asset Opportunity Analysis, a more granular approach and the methodology we use to identify the areas where your business is incurring avoidable cost.
