Visibility Asset Management Limited takes data privacy seriously.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.  On various occasions, including through forms on our website, we invite or request you to submit your contact details and other information about yourself or your organisation, or to send us emails which will identify you.  We will not use your information for purposes that are not clear when you provide your details.
 

This statement explains how we may collect and process information about:

By using and/or registering on this site or contacting us by email or through this site, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this privacy statement.  We warrant that we will not disclose your information or personal details to any other third party without your approval other than is set out elsewhere in this privacy statement.  We will not send out unsolicited commercial e-mail unless you have given your prior consent.
 

3. Operational data

Visibility Asset Management Ltd is a data controller and has contractual arrangements with a number of data processors, who in turn may use sub-processors.  Information is usually provided to us but may be obtained in other ways including online search, email, telephone, by completing an online form on our website, signing up to an event we are holding, and in person.  We will share personal information where permitted or if required to do so by regulation or legislation.  We also collect information about staff, suppliers, clients and contractors.

 


 

4. Marketing data

We process personal data in order to provide appropriate information about seminars and events for existing and prospective clients.  We process personal data for the administration of Visibility Asset Management Ltd including staff administration, dealing with suppliers and clients and other administrative tasks.  If you attend an event we will only share your personal information once we have obtained prior consent from you.

Visibility Asset Management Ltd has carefully selected 3rd party suppliers who have robust information security management systems certified to the ISO27001 security standard. Access to the data is protected by role-based security privileges.

 

The information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored on our secure servers in the European Economic Area (“EEA”). However, from time to time, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from a destination outside the EEA.  We make use of standard contractual data protection clauses, which have been approved by the European Commission, and we rely on the EU-U.S. Framework to safeguard the transfer of information we collect from the European Economic Area.
