Jon Quinn

Jon Quinn is the founder of the company and is ultimately responsible for Visibility's business. Prior to that role, Jon served as the Vice President of Business Development for TrenStar in EMEA. In this role he was responsible for TrenStar's business development activities into the soft and alcoholic beverage industry and the client and contract management of a number of their complex, long term recurring revenue supply chain contracts with Global Brewers. He is an industry expert, and throughout his career has brought many new, innovative and value creating solutions to execution. Before assuming that role, Jon was responsible for Alliances and Partnerships with many of TrenStar's technology and business partners in Europe, including Blefa, Thielman Portinox, SAP and Micro-Matic. Before joining TrenStar, Jon worked for Compaq Computer Limited (Now Hewlett Packard, HPQ) in their Emerging Markets Group.

Rob Hartfield

Prior to joining Visibility Rob has been UK and France Regional Director for a major franchised business focusing on the hospitality industry. With additional experience as an independent business consultant driving sales and marketing strategies alongside change management programmes. He also has a Green Belt Certification in SixSigma Sales and Process Management, obtained whilst working for GE Consumer Finance as National Sales Controller for some of the UK’s major high street names managing sales and operations teams across the UK. He has also previously worked for a major UK Brewery as a senior account manager in a highly competitive sector of the UK market.  Further blue chip experience includes Coca Cola & Schweppes managing sales and operations depots in the Midlands and North of the UK improving operational and sales processes and performance.

Bradley Cahill

Bradley joined Visibility in April 2017 after gaining a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics from Manchester Metropolitan University. Bradley has a huge hunger to learn and has a great future at Visibility. His special interests include Radio frequency identification, Big data and data analysis. Bradley is involved in all aspects of the business; from Data analysis, Customer support and Engineering.
